Since 1962, we follow directly all the farming operations. and we have about 2200 olive's trees.
What we're doing from the beginning is to mantain the different variety of olive's trees, having now Leccini, Moraioli, Frantoi and Pendolini, that grant us the fantastic quality of our oil.
Following our traditions, we pick down each olive by hands, then we put it in a plastic box to bring it to the olive press, in no more than a week.
The olive press, gives us back our oil and we put it in inox containers and then in normal or big (5 litres) bottles.
We follow the 2078/92 CEE reglement, to reduce the use of chemical products in agricolture, and we use to analyze our oil when the olive press gives us it back, that's why we are sure that our Extravirgin oil is perfect. | |
